Zonecast is the software. Music services use it as the platform behind their own brand. IT teams and AV integrators use it to program the sites they install. Zonecast does not sell a music service, and it does not include a licensed catalog.

The MIT-licensed core is the API, dashboard, storage worker, website, and shared packages. A self-hosted installation is one account. Zonecast Cloud adds managed hosting and multiple accounts. The cloud control service is proprietary and is not part of the open-source core.
